The 3i's Initiative Sector
The driving force of our efforts at Community Development is the 3I’s Initiative aptly described below:
Infrastructure – To Build Confidence and Trust in Government.
Institution – To Empower for Sustainable Development.
Industry – To Enrich the People of Ondo State.
The key characteristics of our intervention(s) include:
Integrated approach to socio-economic development of communities.
Focus on rural communities (later expanded to sub-urban communities).
Participatory governance.
Community-driven development.
Bottom-up with top-down support Approach.
Our intervention in Community Development is design to be implemented in phases. Phase I is for infrastructure and it was for Training and Projects Programme.
Phase II is for institution and it is for the Strengthening of Community Institutions for Development,
while Phase III which is for industry is intended to propel:
